3. Data Sharing

Service Providers:
We use third-party services to help operate the Service, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Klaviyo, Wix), hosting (Vercel, Supabase), and analytics tools. These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Anonymized and Aggregated Data:
We may use anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot identify you personally) for research, analytics, product development, and marketing purposes. For example, we may publish aggregate statistics about trader behavioral patterns across our user base.
Peer Behavioral Data Sharing (Elite Plan):
If you are on the Elite plan and opt into peer behavioral data sharing, anonymized versions of your behavioral metrics may be visible to other Elite members for benchmarking purposes. Your name, email, account details, and specific trade data are never shared. You can opt out of this feature at any time in your account settings.
Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers:
If Equinet Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership.
4. Coaching Data
If you subscribe to VIP 1-on-1 Coaching, your coach will have access to your dashboard data, audit results, journal entries, and AI Coach insights for the purpose of providing coaching services. Coach access is limited to the data you have entered into the platform. Coaches are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 12 months in case you reactivate. After 12 months of inactivity, your trading data will be deleted. Account information (name, email) may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@trade90x.com. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and support our marketing efforts. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.

Required for the Service to function (authentication, session management). These cannot be disabled.

8. Email Communications
By creating an account or signing up for the Starter Kit, you agree to receive transactional emails related to the Service (audit results, account notifications, receipts). These are not marketing emails and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.

12. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
