Trade90x Weekly Operator Report (October 12-16, 2026)

A record high, and a Fed that isn't done.
The S&P 500 set a record close of 7,818.93 on Tuesday, its first since August 13, and finished the week at 7,811.54, up 1.15%. The Dow rose 0.93% and the Nasdaq 0.64%, while small companies fell 0.91%.
The same week, the Fed's September minutes said most officials think another hike is likely by year end, and Governor Waller said so in a speech. The 10-year Treasury yield eased anyway, from 5.31% on Monday to 5.24% on Friday, and two closes under the report's line switched its rate warning light off. Friday's close sits one hundredth of a point under that line, with September inflation due Wednesday.
The edition also shows how many companies joined the rally this time, which sectors led while technology finished last, and grades three calls in public, with a note on why a perfect week means little.
