Trade90x Weekly Operator Report (September 28 – October 2, 2026)

Safe money now pays what stocks are expected to earn.
The S&P 500 rose 1.21% this week. The 10-year Treasury rose 17 basis points to 5.169%, its highest close since 2007. The fear gauge moved six hundredths, from 14.81 to 14.87.
The number that mattered is 5.17%. That is what S&P 500 companies are expected to earn on what you pay for them, and it is now what a Treasury pays. On September 18, owning stocks offered 0.24 points more than the bond. By Friday it offered nothing.
This edition also grades last week's three calls in public, including the one the desk lost, measures how many companies actually took part in the rally, and lays out the week ahead: August PCE on Wednesday and the September jobs report on Friday.
